Delivery Method
The R7 capsule house is shipped as a complete unit. Due to its dimensions (11500mm × 3300mm × 3400mm), it requires a 40ft flat rack container (40FR). One 40FR container can load one unit of R7.

For whole-house delivery, installation is simple: just use a crane to place the unit onto a prepared foundation.

Our space capsules feature a high-strength, lightweight hot-dip galvanized steel frame and weather-resistant architectural-grade aluminum panels with fluorocarbon coating. The main structure is extremely durable and corrosion-resistant. Under normal climate and conditions, the structural lifespan exceeds 30 years, far longer than traditional modular or temporary buildings.

2. How well are they insulated? Can they withstand extreme climates?

The insulation and thermal performance are excellent. Each capsule uses PU (polyurethane) sandwich insulation panels (thickness optional), combined with thermally broken aluminum frames and double- or triple-glazed Low-E windows. Tested in the field, our space capsules perform reliably in temperatures from -48°C to 46°C and have been successfully deployed in extreme cold regions like Russia, deserts in the Middle East, and hot, humid climates in Southeast Asia.
