8,000 modular units. 84 buildings. ~¥500 million contract value. The largest single modular construction export project from China to Russia to date. CGCH deployed 600 workers on-site in Tatarstan. Production cycle: 30 days. Installation: 150 days. Can withstand the extremely cold temperatures of -50°C degrees in the Siberian region.

Desert Glamping Pod Resort · Saudi Arabia
A luxury glamping resort built in the Saudi desert, where summer ground temperatures exceed 46°C (115°F). The client had real concerns about long-term durability. CGCH provided full material test reports, aluminum anti-corrosion data, thermal performance specs, and a 30-year structural warranty.
Outcome: 90%+ occupancy during peak season. A fully booked desert escape, built from a factory in Foshan.
